Roger is a Sydney based multi-instrumentalist and songwriter who has more than 15 years of experience playing bands across the state. Roger believes the exploratory nature of learning guitar is an incomparable experience that can foster a deeper love and understanding of music. Through learning the key tenets of playing music - rhythm, melody, timing and unison - from Roger, students will learn lessons they will carry across into growth in their academic, personal and social lives. You can catch Roger singing, playing guitar, bass or drums across the Inner West with a variety of bands performing everything from folk to punk music.

VINI (Newtown)
Guitar / Bass / Ukulele
Vini is an experienced Brazilian guitar tutor specialising in classical guitar and focuses on developing well-rounded musicians. His teaching encompasses music theory, sight-singing, ear training, and comprehensive guitar technique. His students gain the ability to read music fluently and perform a diverse repertoire spanning classical and contemporary genres. Furthermore, beyond teaching, He's actively involved in performing, composing, and improvising music.

ARBIN (Campsie)
Guitar / Bass
Arbin has been playing guitar for over eight years. His musical journey began with composing music for his local church choir. Later, he founded a progressive metal band called Obstacles, where he performed live shows inspired by bands like Dream Theatre, Tool, and Porcupine Tree. His musical interests are quite broad, ranging from the raw expression of blues to the complexity of progressive rock. He particularly enjoys blending Western rock structures with the rich melodies of Eastern classical music to create compositions that are both technically challenging and emotionally resonant. He's also had the privilege of studying privately with Tanvir Tori, a renowned Bengali multi-instrumentalist currently performing in Coke Studio Bangla. He also teaches electric guitar and composition, focusing on helping students develop both their technical skills and their unique personal expression through rock, blues, and fusion genres.

LACHLAN (Strathfield)
Guitar / Ukulele
Lachlan is a musician and songwriter who has been playing guitar for over 10 years with a passion for rock, jazz and fusion genres. He has performed in both large ensembles and small bands in events such as the Manly Jazz Festival and is currently working on solo projects, as well as studying for a Bachelor of Music at Western Sydney University. A former English and Maths tutor for younger children, Lachlan aims to provide an educational platform that students can enjoy at their own pace whilst nurturing both musical skills and passion.

JAY (Enmore)
Guitar / Bass / Ukulele / Piano / Drums
Jay is a musician who's completed a diploma in music at JMC Academy. He offers guitar, bass, ukulele beginner drums and piano lessons for young & adult students. He has been playing and learning music for over 10 years and has played in many different styles of bands. He is also able to teach many styles of music. Currently, He's playing in 2 different indie pop/rock bands.

STEPHEN (Dulwich Hill)
Vocal / Piano
Born and raised in Sydney, Stephen has held a love for music for as long as he can remember, something he is passionate about sharing and teaching his students. Having completed a Bachelor of Music at the Australian Institute of Music in 2016 Stephen specialises in vocals and songwriting with strengths in Soul, Folk, Blues, Rock & Jazz. As a vocal tutor he believes in the importance of a strong balance between good technique and development of expression. Stephens experience as a vocalist has seen him perform as a backing vocalist for artist such as Samantha Jade, Darren Percival and Paulini (Carols in The Domain, Studio Ten). As well as live television work on the latest season of The Voice (2018) performing with winner Sam Perry. Stephen aims to build his students confidence In their own abilities and help them find their own voice.
